Filing for Unemployment

If You Are Fired Due to False Allegations You Can Qualify For Unemployment in Oklahoma.

By Staff

A client of ours was laid off due to false allegations.

Video Transcribed:  Hi, it’s Krystie again here at Oklahoma Unemployment Experts. How’s everybody doing? So guess what I got in the mail today? Answer from the appeal board and it isn’t open and we… I’m so dying to know what is inside. So before I open it though, I want to talk to you guys a little bit about the case.

First problem was it was false accusations against our client about something that happened outside of work and an employee decided to take it inside the work to HR, which should’ve never happened. There was also lying on behalf of the employer’s part when it came down to firing our client.

There’s so many little things that people don’t think about, and it all adds up. So for me, this client deserved his benefits. He was wrongfully terminated on so many levels. So I am so ready to open it and find out. So here we go.

Yes, you serious?! Yeah! Client got benefits. Client got his benefit. O-M-G, I’m so excited for our client. I can only imagine how he is going to feel when I give him a call to let him know that all his back pay will be paid to him. So all his problems will be solved right now. But I wanted to share this with you guys to show you it is possible to win an unemployment appeal. So I’m so happy I want to get off here and go call my client. Need an attorney? If so, contact (918) 923-3776.
