A client was fired over false claims.
Video Transcribed: It’s Krystie with the Oklahoma Unemployment Experts. I got something in the mail today. A decision from the appeal board. So I am so excited to open it. But first I want to talk about the case.
Our client was terminated for misconduct at the work place. So the employer stated that due to write ups, him calling in, and all around misconduct, they terminated our client. So the claimant, which is our 
client, said that there was no misconduct. Well, he did not get his benefits. He was denied. So then he contacted our office and Mr. Lawson, which is the attorney for Oklahoma Unemployment Experts and I fought for him.
We pulled out all the written, so-called written notes and they were all in the same pen. We proved that they were written all on the same day and we got all that situation handled. So I’m really anxious to find out if he was granted benefits. So let’s open it up and see what he was granted.
