Contact the Way2Go Card Company if Problems Arise
Video Transcribed: I am Krystie with the Oklahoma Unemployment experts, and I am the paralegal. And I received a question that I’d like to answer for you guys.
Question is, I have not received my card but I have two payments in it. Okay. So, if that is the incidence you need to contact the Way2Go card company.
If you had an old address and you updated it recently, that address, your old one, that’s where the card will be sent to.
There’s been a lot of miscommunication there with the card company and unemployment’s address saying.
So make sure you go back and look and see where your card was addressed to, and that could fix it. And contact them and let them know, “Hey, I got approved and I still haven’t received my card.”
Contact them and they will either, they’ll give you a chance to expedite it, or they’ll just mail it to you. And you should receive it within seven to 10 business days, sometimes sooner.
