Video Transcribed:  What’s up with those INC numbers that you receive every time you call the unemployment office and you can’t get a hold one of a level two agent? While the level one agent are about 500 employees that the Oklahoma employment security commission hired after the shutdown, it was entered in March, and they’re there to answer the phones.

That’s what I’ve been telling all my callers, that they cannot help you with your unemployment claims. They are unable to look up your name. All they are able to do is give you a number to show that you called and pass your message along to a level two employee, which are the employees that normally work in the unemployment office.

This INC number is very important. It’s very important for you to keep track of that number, the date that you called, and also the time you called, and hopefully the person that you spoke with, because this depends on, on this number.

And the time you called may be crucial to proving that you tried to file your weekly claim, that you tried to appeal your denial of unemployment benefits.
