It’s called fraudulent filing, and there is a jail sentence, and there is a penalty for that. Now if you don’t want to abide by the law, I can’t tell you not to, but I wouldn’t advise it.

Oklahoma Employment Security Commission has a way of finding these things out, and you don’t want to be on the other end of it whenever they do find this out.  So the answer is no, you don’t want to fraudulently do that.
