Login Errors on the Unemployment Site?

The Best Time to Log in is First Thing in the Morning or Late at Night

Video Transcribed:  I am Krystie the paralegal with the Oklahoma Unemployment Experts, and I received a question, so let’s see if we can get it answered.

I am getting error every time I try to log in and check my status and cannot reach anyone by phone, and my email has not been answered by them. What can I do?

With everyone trying to log in their system is crashing, the best time to log in is first thing in the morning or late, late at night.

I’ve been told if you’re doing it late at night between one to three in the morning, and if you’re doing it early in the morning, start about six o’clock and that you should be able to log in and stuff.

If not, go ahead and start calling as well. That way, you get one way or the other either online or by phone.

I do know with everything opening back up that they’re trying to get more people in the office so that should be helping quite drastically.

So there is the answer for that question. If you have any further questions, feel free to go to our website at Oklahoma Unemployment Experts or give our office a call at 918-923-3776.
